Duct Access Door (Hinged)

• On door sizes of 12 x 12 inches and smaller, door shall be 24 gage galvanized steel.
• On door sizes of 14 x 14 inches and larger, door shall be 22 gage galvanized steel.
• Frame shall be 22 gage galvanized steel.
• Hinge shall be aluminum, continuous piano.
• Door shall be filled with 2" thick fiberglass insulation compressed into 1". R factor =7.7.
• Gasketing between door and frame shall be 1/2" thick by 1/8" wide closed cell neoprene gasketing.
• Cam latches shall be zinc plated steel-selft-tightening and hand operated.
• Back of frame to have 5/8" notched knock-over edges.
